Returns
We are a small business and our general policy is store credit only for items returned within 15 days of receipt. We do however understand that you may be ordering from outside the LA area and we are willing to be flexible within reason. Please contact us directly with your concerns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges
If you wish exchange your purchase for another size of the same item, send us an email at returns@permanentvacationshop.com, call 310.208.8500 or text 323.746.8469 for a Return Authorization. We will need to receive your item to process your return and then purchase the correct item using your store credit.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a gift card and emailed or texted to your provided contact info.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an email with your store credit yet, first check your provided email account or text messages again.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your store credit, please contact us at returns@permanentvacationshop.com or 310.208.8500.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later please contact us directly at info@permanentvacationshop.com and put GIFT RETURN in subject line of email.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for a Return Authorization at returns@permanentvacationshop.com, call 310.208.8500 or text 323.746.8469 and we will provide a shipping label.
